Celebrating your special day at Sally Port View will be an event no one will forget. Sally Port View was designed to host an elegant wedding on an amazing waterfront campus.

There are many options to book your wedding with Sally Port View from hours-long to a full weekend celebration.

Single Day Wedding Option*


Book the property for a 5-hour block on any day of the week

  • Property is available in specific blocks from 9:00 am–2:00 pm, or 5:00 pm–10:00 pm, on a single day
  • Booking an 11-hour block (9:00 am–10:00 pm) at a reduced rate

Weekend Wedding Option*


The most ideal way to book, as you can fit in lots of time with your guests before, during, and after your big day, from rehearsal to reception.

  • Book the property for the weekend, Friday, 5:00 pm through Sunday, 2:00 pm
  • Includes all suites and cottages in cost for both Friday and Saturday nights.

These options include

  • Use of all 60-acres of private rural property including 1,000 feet of waterfront on Lake Ontario
  • Private waterfront ceremony area just feet from the water’s edge
  • Full Event Coordination – from booking through the entirety of the event
  • Spaciously seat 200 guests in our climate-controlled main hall, with room for a dance floor and buffet
    • In-house tables, chairs, white linens, white napkins, and modern tableware are conveniently provided to heighten the experience
    • Main Hall was designed as a clean white canvas to allow decorations from simple to elaborate to make the statement
    • Large, glass bi-fold doors open to extend the space through the patio in the warmer months to bring the outside indoors
    • Dual HD Projectors onto 10-foot retractable screens
    • 16-foot bar equipped with 2 full-service stations
    • Commercial kitchen for use with a preferred caterer
  • Use of the wrap-around patio; furnished with modern outdoor tables and chairs
  • Bride’s Suite is furnished with 3 vanity stations, an elegant lounge area, a private bath, and overnight accommodations if needed
  • Groom’s Suite is furnished with a comfortable lounge area, a private bath and can also accommodate an overnight stay
  • Convenient mini-cottages can be reserved; each contains a queen-size bed and a queen pull-out couch with a three-quarter bathroom and kitchenette.

Depending on the event’s needs, you may be able to secure the entire campus or portions of it. We have several different areas to support different event types, both indoor and outdoor. Examples of bookings other than weddings are: festivals, markets, reunions, holiday parties, etc.

We work with a boutique event coordination firm to ensure your experience at Sally Port View will be smooth and enjoyable. We’ll link you up with an Event Coordinator several months before the event, should time allow. During that time, you decide on setup, furniture placement, décor, etc. Any details concerning the reservation can be worked out over a video chat, by phone, or in person.

There are no hidden ‘administrative fees’ as a percentage of the overall bill. The bill is line itemized.

For the most part…yes. If it’s something too crazy we’ll let you know.

That depends on your need and site availability. There are options for weekend weddings (Friday – Sunday) or half-day rental.

No matter the day or event – all outdoor music ends at 10 pm.

We do not require you to use any specific food caterer, as long as 1.) they are a New York-licensed food caterer and 2.) are approved by site management. Otherwise, we have a list of preferred caterers. Sally Port View sells and serves all alcohol on the campus.

Lodging: We have multiple cottages (each can sleep four) and two suites (each can sleep two) that each have linens and towels provided, should those be included in the rental.

Dining: We provide white tablecloths and napkins.
